Floor Plans - 2D/3D

Lifestyle Portraits
Lifestyle portraits for Real Estate agents are shot outside with natural light. It's recommended to bring 2 to 3 outfits that you can change quickly. Portable change tents will be provided. One hour session - 3 Photographs included. For Brokerages when doing a group of 5+ Agents, we do deliver one shot per Agent. The cost per Lifestyle Portrait is $95, and this will be credited against your next order with EJP.Media. Larger groups of 10+, please reach out to us, so that we can schedule the location, time and date.
Virtual Staging
What is Virtual Staging?
Virtual Staging is the process of adding 3D furniture, plants, rugs, pictures and even sunlight into your space. With Virtual Staging, you can turn dull, empty rooms into exciting and beautiful living spaces.
Virtual staging can help your clients envision themselves in their dream space, and sell your listings faster. With each view/angle of a virtually staged room using the same look, this further sells the illusion of what’s possible within the space.
Using specialized 3D software, the end result can look very realistic, making it very difficult for someone to tell the difference between a photo with real furniture and one with virtual furniture.
While not a replacement for Physical Staging, Virtual Staging offers a great middle ground allowing you to showcase your listing at significant cost savings over regular staging.
Twilight Photography
Our twilight photos add interest and cachet to any listing. Each image is meticulously composed and processed, ensuring you’ll get beautiful colors in every shot. We take your Aerial Photographs and overlay information your buyers will find helpful. For example, highlight nearby Cafes, Restaurants and Shopping. Or draw an overlay of the Property Lines, useful for double sized or odd shaped lots.

In post-production, we meticulously integrate animated lines to precisely illustrate the property's lot lines. Ordering Aerial Photos gives you 5 to 10 photos of your property and immediate surroundings.
